J&K International Group, LLC is a Management and Marketing firm in Hicksville, NY, operating as Corporate Headquarters for J&K Cabinetry. We are one of the successful and leading kitchen and bath cabinet companies in the U.S. over the past 15 years.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to answer phone calls, respond to emails, provide customer service support, greet clients, and help with general office duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Answer phone calls in a professional and helpful manner.
- Provide outstanding service to customers/visitors, over the phone, in person, and through emails.
- Assist customers or callers by providing information, answering questions, and/or directing calls/inquiries as necessary.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Check e-mails and respond to all email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Responsible for taking notes during office weekly meeting and type up meeting minutes.
- Perform all general office assistant duties.
- Provide any other supports as needed to teams, departments, managers and other staff.
- Associate Degree or higher.
- Previous experience as customer service rep, receptionist, administrative assistant or other similar role.
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact successfully with customers at all levels – both over the phone or in person.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational skill.
- Willing to travel and drive.
- Bilingual in Mandarin a plus.
